Category not showing all the items

I wonder you haven't switch off the pagination, to check this go to Main HikaShop Configuration => Display tab and have a look in GENERAL DISPLAY OPTIONS part to check pagination.

Other point to check is your Item Menu configuration, more especially this point in Items part :

This will define how many product is displayed per page.
Always, in your Item Menu config and in Products options tab, Item Layout part, maybe you have to activate the Height consistency option.
I notice by the way, that you have some display issue, maybe link to your template ? For this you can try to switch for a default template (like Protostar), to see if that resolve this :

That's indeed the setting page I was talking about.
There, if you increase the number of rows, it will display more products on the listing, unless all the products are already displayed.

Now there are a bit more things:
- I don't see any pagination. So it's possible that you turned off the "pagination" setting in the HikaShop configuration. Without pagination, you don't know if all the possible products are being displayed on the page or not. So you can't say if the issue comes from not having enough rows in your menu item, or if it's because there are no more products to be displayed based on the rest of the settings of the menu item.
- Ideally, I would like a screenshot of all the settings in that products options tab of your menu item. Because for example, the remaining products you don't see might not be displaying because of some of the settings there. For example you have the "Out of stock" setting which can hide all the products without stock.
- I would also like a screenshot of the settings of a product you don't see on that page which you think should be displayed there.
- regarding the grey zones on your listing with "missing products", the issue is a CSS one. You can either force the height of the product boxes with a bit of CSS or update your HikaShop to prevent that.
