Adding Items to Cart from Infinite Scroll

I have an issue to where the Add to Cart action for product items that load via Infinite Scroll returns a blank, non template page, which just lists addition items, however has no escape or template formation. Items that are originally loaded to the product listing page, per row/column settings, are added to the cart just fine. But for any items that Infinite Scroll populates, the problem exists when any of these items are added to cart from the product listing page.

If the item image on any of these infinite scroll items is selected first, thus going to the details page, then everything is good when adding to cart. Also, any item via pagination is added to cart just fine. It's only on items that Infinite Scroll adds and when adding to cart from that product listing page.

Scroll down enough to where Infinite Scroll populates additional items and add one of them to cart to see this issue.
