Hi,

You can create a menu item of the type HikaShop contact form to get a menu item directing to the HikaShop contact form.
You can also add and configure HikaShop's recaptcha to use it with it:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/7...-with-recaptcha.html
If you need extra fields, you can create them via the menu Display>Custom field and choose the table "contact".
You'll also want to disable the extension you're using to display the contact form on that page and also disable the Joomla contact form extension to avoid spam through them, even if no links point to them.

Hi,

That's a joomla contact form page. You won't find the texts from it in HikaShop since it is in Joomla and the texts still need to display on the Joomla contact form when HikaShop is not installed on the website.
For issues and questions regarding the Joomla contact form, please post on forum.joomla.org

Hi,

For the HikaShop contact form, you can just create a menu item of the type HikaShop product contact form via the Joomla menu manager.

The error you posted in your previous message is not an error from HikaShop it's from Joomla.
Again, for joomla errors please go on forum.joomla.org
I did it for you this time, and apparently, it's because your PHP version is too old and you need to update it:

Hi,

Thank you.
Sorry, because I don't always know the Hikashop and Joomla limit.
I was connected web-hotel earlier today, when I suspected php version problem. Our test site is different php, than our web site php.
I test Hikashop contact form later, when I have time.

Thunder

Hi,

It's indeed a Joomla problem. You need to configure the email settings of your Joomla configuration according to your hosting recommendations so that it works properly. If you don't know, you should then ask your hosting company what is the email settings recommendation for your hosting plan as only them can tell you (it depends on how the server is configured).
