Pagination on Hika Shop Content Module

No, modules are not meant to have pagination.
The only way it to activate the carousel setting of the module and have all the elements displayed in the module as a carousel which can have a pagination.

I suppose that you're talking about the "infinite scroll" system. Since a HikaShop content module doesn't have pagination it also doesn't have an infinite scroll capability.
For the menu item listings however, it's possible. You just have to edit the menu item via the Joomla menus manager and activate that "infinite scroll" setting under the "products options" tab.
