show categorie image with product posible?

Hi All,

I am wondering if the category image can be displayed with the products in that category.
So in my CD category with a CD image, display that image alongside a product..
Now I am using the badge function for that, but this way I cant display a badge with (for example) -50% for a cd,

Hi,

Note that you can have several badges for a product. You however need to configure the badges to display at another "position" as you can only have one badge for each position of a product.
Now if you want to add the image of the category next to the product image in an automatic manner, that's possible, but it would require custom coding in the view files dislayping the image on the product details page and the listing. You would have to first load the image data of the category with a MySQL query before calling the thumbnails generation system to be able to display it. So it's possible if you're a PHP developer, or have one work on that for you.
