-- url of the page with the problem -- : antiqueswan.com/
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.3

-- PHP version -- : 7.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome Version 81.0.4044.113

Hello,

On the product detail pages, https://antiqueswan.com/product/french-round-gilt-metal-and-mirrored-glass-side-tables-priced-individually , for example, the right side slider arrow, the social media icons, and print icons change or are not visible once the page finishes loading. What's strange is that they do load correctly at first. This seems only to happen in Chrome. I've tested Firefox, Safari, Firefox Developer Edition, and Opera and things look as expected on those browsers.

Here's a quick screen recording to show what I mean: screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cYfDDHz0JO

Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Thank you,

Karen

Hi,

I do use Chrome on my end too, but I don't see what you describe:
monosnap.com/file/hypDKiUsox7Ve0N3H6dwAXVE4KrrYB
The page displays as on your Safari example.
So I can only think that this is a bug of Chrome on Mac as I don't have the issue on Chrome on Windows.
Or maybe it's a problem only on your computer for some reason.
Would you be able to try on Chrome on another Mac ? That would enable to say if it comes from your computer or if it's a general thing to Chrome on Mac.
Also, if you don't have the latest version of Chrome on your Mac, I would recommend updating.
I also don't have a Mac over here to try myself with a Chrome on Mac because of the confinement.
But I did a test with a Chrome 38 on a virtual Mac Mavericks using live.browserstack.com/ and it displayed fine too : monosnap.com/file/Onjnft5kxriT8MAthkgutw6ZrOJ9GA
So I'm inclined in thinking that the issue is only on your computer for some reason.
Finally, please note that all the elements you describe with having a problem are not by default on HikaShop but are added either by some third party extension, customization, or your template. So we would have a hard time helping you since we don't have them on our end to try to reproduce the problem.

OK, thank you Nicolas. I appreciate your time in looking into it. I do a little more checking on other platforms.
