Hi

I've set to 2 ways to access the product listing:

1) Menu Shop option / main category listing / choose category / product list for category displays - on this screen each product has a "quantity" control to choose a number from (and I can see how to turn it on/off) - see below

2) Menu Shop option / right module displaying categories list / choose same category as 1) / product list for category displays - but on this screen there is NO "quantity" control to choose a number from - and I can't see any option for this in the HikaShop options for the Content Display Module - see below

How can I turn the quantity control on for the product list when accesses via the Content Display Module...?

Thanks

Hi,

When you are on the products listing without the quantity input field, look at the alias of the menu item in the URL of your browser's address bar.
Then, edit the menu item with that alias in the Joomla menu manager.
There, under the "products options" tab, you'll have an option to display quantity input fields called "Quantity field". Turn it on and you should get the input field on the products listing on your frontend.

Thanks, found it!

Is there a setting for how the Quantity and Add to Cart buttons are displayed? Only they seem to display differently in 2 different areas... both from the main menu and from the module menu listing.

Mostly they on the same level (preferred option)

But sometimes vertically... can I change this?

It does seem to be a specific product listing that displays vertically, a setting would affect all listing I suspect.

And one other thing on the module menu... can I remove the words "No Categories" if there are none? But display them if there are some...?

Thanks

Hi,

1. That's not caused by a setting.
That's just because of the space available in that area and the CSS on the page.
So I suppose this can be changed on that listing with a bit of CSS.
Now I can't say exactly what CSS that should be as I would need to directly look at that page and analyze the CSS on that area.

2. Yes, you can use a translation override to remove the text:

OK, thanks, will live with the CSS issue, removed text - didn't think of that...
Cheers
