Good Morning Peeps!

I am having issues with how the Orders Display on Mobile.
I am attaching a screenshot...

If the mobile is held in Portrait Mode this is what it looks like.
When I turn it to Landscape - it's almost perfect.
Is this a Hikashop thing or a Template thing?

Hello,

From what we can see, it's not the classic HikaShop display in mobile.
Can you process some test with a default template like ProtoStar ?
If that solve your issue AND you don't have any override view (see this tutorial ), then your display issue come from your Template, and you may have to contact the template creator.

Hope this will help you to progress on your subject.
Regards

Good Day,

I've tested with 2 x Standard Joomla Templates : Protostar & Beez3 and both of them display the exact same way...
Product List & Downloads are not displayed when a user checks out on Mobile - See attached screenshots of the different tests

Hello,

Then we will need to see it by ourselves in order to process some tests, can you provide Frontend/Backend access references via our Contact us form.
Don't forget to add an Url link to this topic in your message.

Awaiting news from you to be able to better understand your issue.
Regards

Hello,

We have recieved your references, and we were able to find your root issue, your display issue come from custom css code in your Front-end CSS File.
Right now for check this you have to unselected the named "custom" file, for "default", this will solve your display issue.
From this I can only invite you to compare both file (custom & default) to save your required custom code and remove that mess around your order view.

Hope you will succeed to progress on this subject.
Regards
