Product free with the product specified when ordering

on the website I want that when ordering a certain product it is possible to order a product that is then free.

Example:
you ordered product 1 and it should be possible to order product 2 for free.

If you only order product 2 you just have to pay.

Have looked at an option as 'option' but then you have to make a choice from that product.
It should be possible for a caterer to choose from different products, of which 1 can be ordered free of charge.
If they order 2 then 1 must be paid

Supplement

It would be nice that you can indicate with a coupon that those two products must be in the shopping cart and then give the discount 1x.

If there is only 1 of the products in the shopping cart, the coupon cannot be calculated
