Hello, is there is any feature that we can still see a product with the original price shown and a red / through it with a display of the on-sale price. Is that possible to do with the store?

Hi,

Yes. First, you can configure discounts via the menu Orders>Discounts.
Then, you want to set the "Show discounted price" setting of the HikaShop configuration to "Display the price before the discount is applied". That way, on the product page, you'll get both the price before the discount and the price after the discount and the price before the discount will have some CSS added to it with a line through it.
And you'll find a similar option in your products / categories listing menu items to configure that display on the listings.
