Rolling up Quantity from Varients

Hello,

We are selling football match tickets which, due to Covid, need to be quantity limited to 300 tickets.

We have a product called match day tickets and 2 variant tickets types, standard and concessions, where standard is £5 and concession is £3.

I set a quantity limit for the ticket product but I need a way that the total sales variants quantities will not exceed the 300. So if we sell 50 concession and 250 standard no more tickets will be available.

Can this be achieved or is there a better way of setting this up?
