Pricing table

You can achieve something like that with the comparison feature in HikaShop.
You'll want first to create custom fields of the table "product" via the menu Display>Custom fields so that you can enter/select extra informations in your products.
Then, edit your products and fill in the custom fields.
Each custom field will be a row of the comparison chart.
Then, you can create a menu item of the type "HikaShop comparison page" and select the products you want and you'll get something like on your link.
What's left is CSS and / or view override to customize the look.

Otherwise, you also have third party extensions like :

They will display something which looks closer to what you want without having to delve in the CSS, but the elements won't be directly linked to HikaShop. You'll have to manually update the prices, and add content tag add to cart buttons to it:
