Не происходит подмена названия товара при смене языка

I suppose that you're using Falang for the translations on your website since the translation system is not available without it with your version of HikaShop (it was only added for more recent versions of HikaShop).
If the translation is not converted on the frontend, it means that there is probably something missing in the configuration of Falang itself.
For example, if the Falang system driver plugin is disabled, then the translations won't appear on the frontend.
Or if the content language is not published in the Joomla language manager it won't work either.
I would recommend to check both things and if that doesn't help, to contact the support of Falang for help as the translation is done by Falang, not HikaShop.
