Show custom field based on custom text field

Hi Hika team,

I made a product page where customers can also order from a brochure by adding the page number en product code from product of that brochure.
I do not want to make that page too long so I added 5 'double' custom text fields and an end custom text which says that the maximum of order has reached and please go to checkout. So this is what it looks like:

Custom-text-field-1 [add page number brochure]
Custom-text-field-2 [add product code]

Custom-radio-field-3 "Would you like to add another product?" >>> O Yes O No
on Yes it displays:

Custom-text-field-4 [add page number brochure] ---> limited to custom-radio-field-3-value Yes
Custom-text-field-5 [add product code] ---> limited to custom-radio-field-3-value Yes

So far so good and works well. But after adding the product code in custom-text-field-5 I need to show the second custom-radio-field:

Custom-radio-field-6 "Would you like to add another product?" >>> O Yes O No (limited to custom-field-text-5)
on Yes it should display:

Custom-text-field-7 [add page number brochure]
Custom-text-field-8 [add product code] etc. until it has reached the limit of 5 and than show the custom text.

But it stops at custom-text-field-5.
The other fields I have limited to the above fields are not showing.
I thought the other field (radio-6) which is limited to text-field-5 might show up while hitting enter after input of product code but nothing happens.
Is this not possible with the type text field?
Or maybe there is another way to achieve this?
