I am using Hikashop since a longer period
As long as I can remember the product images at the last "level" when I clicked on them you got a bigger image in a pop-up screen with a border
Since recently this is changed
Now i get an image which opens in a new tab
I didn't change anything
I think this has been since an update of Hikashop or Joomla (I don't know exactly which one)

Can you tell me how I change this back to show the image in a pop-up ?

Hi,

This could happen if you have a file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/hikashop_image.php
It could also happen if you have a file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/show_block_img.php
If you have these files, try renaming them temporarily to deactivate them and see if that helps.
Finally, it could come from some settings in the HikaShop configuration. Make sure that the "Image popup mode" setting under the Display tab of the HikaShop configuration is set to "shadowbox (external)".

Thank you for the quick reply
The files you mentioned I don't have in the mentioned places (I dont have them at all)

After all it was the setting in de Configiration of Hikashop
I think I has been changed by accident and I couldn't find it anymore

I have it displaying now in a box again
