Remove canonical url's in category and products

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox

I have read a lot about this topic but it is still not clear to me. I have to clear all the canonical url's because it is giving trouble and I know it can be done in the mass action section.

There I am lost ...

Can you give me a screenshot(s) how to do it? I tried but I can't find the right command to make it work.
