No delivery fee for orders over $100

I've set up a delivery method "Local Delivery" for customers living in close enough postcodes. The fee is set to 5 AUD. I want that delivery fee to be zero, if the order is above 99.99 AUD. How can I configure that?

Sorry, I worked it out. I just duplicated the manual payment plugin and configured it with a fee of zero dollars but made it only available for orders of at least 100 AUD. The original "local delivery" I changed to be only available for orders under 100 AUD.
