I can save on any other page, category, menu, and configuration, just not the Product page. Can not save product or changes. Is there a setting I've missed that stops me from saving just product?

Hello,

You should enable temporally the "debug mode" in your Joomla global configuration.
Thanks to that, you will get an error page with more details (including a full error message and a "call stack").
These elements will help the support team to understand the nature of your issue.

I have enabled the debug and reinacted the same errors, which oddly is only when attempting to save a product. When I go to Joomla Debug Console I get several options for call stacks. I am unsure which to use. I did download the txt file if that happens to have any pertinent information to solve

Hi,

If the debug mode doesn't provide more information, then you need to look at the PHP error log of your server. There, the "fatal error" message corresponding to that HTTP 500 error should be logged and that error message will allow us to understand what's going on.
If you on't know where to open your PHP error log, you might have to ask your hosting support.
