Hi,

The issue comes from the width of the thumbnails you've configured under the "products options" tab of your menu item.
You've set a width of 419px instead of 214px on a page like /shop/gynaikeia/derma
However, 419px of width is bigger than the width available for each product based on the width of you template's main area, the sidebar, and the number of columns of your products listing. This leads to the thumbnails going over their product box into the product box on their right side.

Hi,

Well, I don't know. What I can say though is that if you don't set any size for the thumbnails, then it uses the default one from the HikaShop configuration.
So if you have an issue with the size of the thumbnails on a menu item, make sure you fill in the thumbnail size setting of the menu item so that you're sure it's using the size you want there and it should help.

Hi,

I cannot figure out the problem. If i disable the first 9 products of the category (their images are square), the layout is fixed.
But it doesn't make any sense to me. The options are the same everywhere there is nothing different in that category.
Could you maybe take a look at the backend?

Thank you

Hello,

Yes, please provide backend access references (via our Contact us form) with the maximum ACL level.
Did you process a test with a default template (like ProtoStar) ? And if yes, what was the result ?

Awaiting your elements to be able to progress on your subject, don't forget to add an Url link to this topic in your Contact us message.

Hello,

Sorry for this return but I did not manage to make really significant progress because I was unable to switch off your current template, for a default one, like ProtoStar, but I don't think that this come from your Template.

The other thing I try to process, is remove in your Main HikaShop Configuration, from Main tab and in Image part, I try to remove the "Thumbnail (width x height)", it's slightly better, see my screenshot :

As you can see the only issue that remains is for image that are higher than they are wide, for this the best solution will be to use the same height and width for each images, it's the best and quick solution in your case.
And as your first 9 images have different proportions, that may explain your current issue, and why these picture "break" the structure.

Hope this will help you to solve your current issue.
regards

Hi!

Thank you for your help. Still does not make sense to me because at the second language website the same layout is fine
www.overcoat.gr/new-arrivals

Same images also square.

Thank you

Hello,

Can you try to switch for a default template (like ProtoStar) please ? Because from what you said this check become required, and maybe I was wrong, and maybe your template is a part of the story.

Awaiting your returns about this specific point to be able to going more far.

Hello,

I have maybe your solution, see my screenshot :

I have set a width for your image directly in the relative Item Menu, but as previously said, your image have different proportions, from this that can't be magic, and of course stretch the image isn't a solution.
The best way is to have all your image with the same proportions in order to have a consistent display.

Hope this will fit your needs.
