Hi!
Strange bug appeared in my shop after Joomla update. When adding some goods to Cart I get a message “Not enough quantity of [product name] in the store”. Given that the quantity of goods indicated in the product card is, for instance, 5 pieces. (Interestingly, this bug appears only for some products. Other items are added to the cart correctly.) And if I choose option “Unlimited” for quantity in product card, I get “Not available” for this product in cataloge.
Need help to solve this problem.

Hi,

Not only the stock of the product can refuse the add to cart.
It can also happen if you have a limit preventing it.
So since you say it happens even when the stock is unlimited, it's probablyc coming from a limit.
I would recommend you checking the menu Products>Limits in your HikaShop backend.
If you have limits there, review or disable them and it should help.
If not, then it could also be a custom plugin made to refuse the add to cart based on certain conditions. But hard to say more.

1. There are no limits in Products>Limits :(

2. There is only one custom plagin for Hukashop in my e-shop. I switched it off but the bug still alive.

I assume that this bug appears when the product card contains related items with the status "Out of stock / Not available". Please check my guess. If so, please tell me how to fix this bug. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Hi,

No, related products are not taken into account.
However, if you have "bundled products" then yes, the stock of the bundled products is also taken into account since the system will update the stock of the bundled products when the main product is purchased.
So in that case, it's not a bug.
Can you check if you have bundled products in your product ?
And if it's not coming from that, we'll need a link to a product with the issue and a backend access so that we can check on the situation.

Yes. When I wrote "related products" I meant "bunded products" with the status "Out of stock / Not available".

Here we are dealing with the nuances of translation. The Russian version has "Accompanying Products" and "Related [Linked] Products". But not a 'In Complect" or "Bundled"...

Hi,

So should the Russian translation be modified ? If you have suggestions for improvements on that point we would be happy to hear them as we don't speak Russian here and the translation was provided by many different Russian users of HikaShop.
