Dropdown not working when use chosen library is set to no

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.28
-- PHP version -- : 7.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox any of the latest
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none

I've seen some possible errors when "Use chosen library" is set to yes. But I actually want it set to no. But when it is set to no the dropdown fields don't work properly on firefox desktop versions. I can't see any javascript errors and can't find what could cause this problem. Any ideas?

we will need more elements to be able to answer you precisely, and so can you elaborate more and provide these elements :
- Can you define "don't work properly on firefox", provide screenshot or description or else...
- Use our Contact us form to provide user backend access (backend url & backend acl), this will allow us to provide more configuration tests (and see results on firefox navigator).

I left this for a while since it meant my customers couldn't order on firefox. But the look of the page was just awful so I put it back. I am sending backend login through the contact form so you can have a look. Thanks
