Edit your module via the Joomla modules manager. There, under the "hikashop options" tab, you'll have a section with display settings where you can enable or disable the display of the module based on the type of the page:

That's because your template doesn't detect that the modules on the left sidebar position are empty and still displays that area.
And thus, you have the blank space on the left side which shrinks the center area when the products listing displays.
We can't help with that as it's the job of the template to check if the position is empty or not before displaying it.

However, the fact that the images of the products go out of the product box can be fixed independently from the template. Of course, if the template doesn't display the left sidebar when it shouldn't, then the problem with the images will fix itself. But if they can't/don't want to change the template for that issue, you could simply reduce the size of the thumbnails so that they fit in the space available or reduce the number of columns of the listing from 3 to 2. These can be done under the "products options" tab of your listing menu item in the Joomla menu manager.
