Product images load at 24px height

Hi, I have an issue whereby when you load the website for the first time the product pages, which are modules and use the hover_x_img_title hover view, show the images at 24px height. I looked at my custom css and there is nothing in there. I also tried changing the height in the HikaShop Content Module but this made no difference.

The odd thing is if you refresh the page they then load at the full size of 275px. I tried a new browser and using BrowserStack and every time all product pages load at 24px, then you refresh and they load at 275px.

The site is now live so my customer is pushing to get fixed, can you help me.

Just as a note as the website is live, I had to add a custom line in the css

.hikashop_product_listing_image {height: 350px !important;}

This fixes it, but I would like to know why the 24px height.
