URL/Alias change

What do you mean by "have both URLs" ? And what do you mean by "remove" ? Where from ?

Because you can write whatever you want instead of brill-drill-brusilica-alat-gel-tehnika-trajni-lak-brillbird-metalni-profesionalno-nokti in the address bar of your browser, and the product details page will still display since it relies only on the id in the URL to know which product is requested.
So technically, you can access each product page with an infinite number of URLs, and you can't remove that. It's actually the same for any page of your website.
For example, you have this URL for the contact page: www.brillbird.com.hr/kontakt
But you can use www.brillbird.com.hr/kontakt?test=test and that URL will work too.
And it's not possible to remove the URL www.brillbird.com.hr/kontakt?test=test
As per how HTTP and the World Wide Web are specified, it is normal that this other URL works too.

If I look at www.brillbird.com.hr/shop/brillbird-kate...-lampe-i-elektronika you already have the URL www.brillbird.com.hr/shop/brillbird-kate...za-nokte-brill-drill for that product.
So as far as I can see, HikaShop generates the URL you want for that product.

If you want to tell search engines that the URL changed, you need to enter the new URL in the "canonical URL" setting of the product, and / or ask the search engines to remove the previous URL and index the new one.
