Display category information and image on products page?

Yes. Edit your categories listing menu item via the Joomla menu manager and under the "categories options" tab, activate the "show image" and you'll get the image of the category at the top.
At the same place, you also have the "Use the menu name as title" setting that you want to turn off so that the category name is used for the page heading.
And finally, you want to activate the "Show Page Heading" option under the "Page display" tab of that same screen so that the page hading will be displayed on top of the image.

The HikaShop content module, like any Joomla module, displays in a specific position of your template.
Like any Joomla module, you have a setting to display the title of the module at the top of the listing.
When a module displays a listing of products, there is no mechanism to have it display the name of the category and its image at the top of the products listing.
When a module display a listing of categories, when you click on a category, the products listing is actually displayed by a menu item that you selected in the "menu" setting of the module. So similarly to what I wrote in my previous email, you can edit that menu item settings to make it display the category name and image at the top of the products listing.
