Hikashop Social Networks plugin not working

This morning i send a ticket with:
Hi, i've enabled the Hikashop Social Networks plugin but it is not shown on any product page

i clear the cache and resfresh the page in all browsers and check with:
on windows pc chrome, firefox, firefox dev
on mac chrome, firefox dev, firefox and on android smartphone
