-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.2
-- PHP version -- : 8.1

Hi
isnt there any possibility that users can change the sort of the products ?
like all other online shops ... sorting products from lowest to highest price for example
or from the most popular to the least popular

Yes, that is possible. To do that, create a filter of the type "sort" via the menu Display>Filters:
