Hi,
Using PageSpeed Insights from google I get the message "Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio."
What would be the best way to improve this please

Hello,

You can add custom css in order to change your elements color, have a look on this documentation to learn how to proceed, here .
The good point is that with your screenshot show you required html class to build your selector (see my screenshot).
