Display options with design and layout improvements

Hi,

I've been collecting some examples of currently popular and proven conversion improving design and layout and functionality tricks.

Now i'm only investing into another system (which will eventually happen) when my mind is finding the time to learn new skills, but it's clear according to seo specialists that shopify is conversion king and woocommerce community invests heavily into following along.

I like to find a developer that can implement some of these examples into my shop and site and give it a more modern (and therefor more trustworthy) look. I had somenone make my site with a shop template but i feel i would need someone more seo driven and not someone pumping out 100s of templates all practically similiar.
Can you recommend me someone that is up to this task and can prove it with previous work?
Last time you pointed me to a french team which did not even respond to my request .

When i look at their website and their portfolio, this is definitely not what i am aiming for.
I really mean to aim about 10x higher (more modern) than their current deliveries.

the pictures i collected are case studies of actual websites so when you reverse image search them you will probab;y land on websites that implement exactly the things that are hyper modern in terms of style and conversion.
