Custom field is active, but not showing for a category of products

I've a category of products that are not showing custom fields. However a required field that is not showing on the product pages is apparently active because we get an error that the field is not filled out.

Doesn't make sense. Any guidance you can give me would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

The website is not accessible from France. Please lift the restriction temporarily.
Also, it would help to check the settings of the fields.
Could you maybe provide a backend access via your contact form so that we could directly check on them ?

Hi,

I don't see anything strange in the settings. The custom field DETAILS should appear on that product page. As far as I understand.
Could you provide a FTP access so that we could look deeper into it ?

Hi,

Thank you. I was able to find the issue and made a patch for it.
For anyone with the issue, download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the patch.
