I have narrowed down the issue to 'content display of hikashop' that I have on my main page to show a carousel of products.
Under 'Item Layout' I have selected layout typ: hover_x_img_title, with this selected the arrows appear it looks like because it is showing additional images of the product on hover. I really like that it does show the other items of the product. However, the arrows did not show until yesterday when I updated to the new Hikashop Business update.
So something in the new update seems to now add the arrows so you can click to more images when you are using hover_x_img_title. However, I think it would be nice to be able to turn off the arrows. I really liked the clean look before the update.

Hello,
With the new HikaShop version we have added its arrows so that in smarthpone view it is always possible to navigate from one image to another.
This was a request from some of our customers.
Now it is perfectly possible to make them disappear (with a custom CSS command) in all circumstances.
Or, to ONLY make them disappear when they are not necessary (on a classic screen) but for that, we will have to resolve your display problems because for the moment the rendering is "disordered".
This is why we need a URL link to have the most suitable solution for your case.
Regards

I think it would be nice if there was an easy option to turn off the arrows for those that don't want the arrows. I loved the look before, personally. I think even by phone view, they dont look as nice. Or perhaps if there was a way to just show arrows in mobile view.
Another new thing I am noticing with the carousel is that when you hover over the main image that it shows the additional image and it stays instead of going back to the original image. I think it would be nice to have it go back to default image.

Hello,
As my previous message implied, there are probably display problems which are linked to your precise context (your template and/or customs) which is why we asked for urls to see the context precisely.
For your second return, this is also something where we will also need the URL where we can observe and analyze the situation.

Hello,
We had noted this but as we do not know exactly where to look in your site we prefer one or more links directly to the context where you have the problem.
So can you be more specific with your URL, or failing that, tell us where to find your two problems.

Sounds like it is not an actual problem but rather the new update added arrows on the front page hika carousel (hover_x_img_title). I had not seen it before so initially asked why these arrows were there. It was explained that Hikshop deliberately made a change to add arrows based on some customers request for mobile, however, I am sure that many people may not actually like this arrow change. Therefore, the link I gave is to the front home page (fireflyusa.com) which is why I gave you the link to the home page.
I am just wonder how I can get rid of the arrows and to also to request that next update might give those that dont want arrows to have the ability to turn them off.
In addition, it would be nice if the images of the hover_x_img_title would be like it used to be where the main image always goes back to default. Since the update the default image now goes away and shows additional product images.
Thank you for your help and consideration.
