How TO Change HOME and Individual Product Page

So, first, you want to go to the Joomla modules manager:

That's where you can control the sections of the page on the sides but also at the top and bottom.
There, you can look for the enabled modules for the sidebar-right position.
You can either disable them for the login and main menu modules, or change the position of the "Categories on 2 levels" module to be on the sidebar-left position. You can also change the title of the module for something better adapted to your website.

Then, you want to go to the Joomla menu manager:

There, search for the "Categories listing" menu item. That's the menu item used on your screenshots to display the categories and products in the main area of the page.
There, you have many tabs, including the tabs "categories options" and "products options".
The "categories options" tab contains many settings to configure how the categories listing (first screenshot) will be displayed.
The "products options" tab contains many settings to configure how the products listing (second screenshot) will be displayed.
So, if you want to increase the number of columns and rows of the products listing, like on your third screenshot, you can do so under the "products options" tab, in the "Items" section :

If you want to add / remove elements there, you have display options too, in the "Product features display" section.

Finally, regarding the price, if you see the text "Free" it means that you didn't provide any price in the prices listing of your products.
When you edit / create a product, you need to click on the "+ new price" button to see the new price form, and then, you can provide the price, validate the price and then save the product:

If you say you have set a price in your products, then you must have added the price in another field, like the "retail price" setting, which is for something else.
