What are your time zone settings ?
HikaShop store the timestamp in the database to avoid timezone issues ; the display is then made via Joomla and its timezone.
Regarding the reports ; maybe an important timezone could generate an issue in your side and, before we only have 2 hours in our end, the issues are not visible.
So, knowing more about your timezone setting would help us to see where we should take a look.
