How to print a product list

We would need more details about what you want to do.
By editing a product and going in the "variant" tab, you can see that list.. So in a way you can also "print" it.

Well, If you go in the products listing in the backend, you can change the dropdowns on the top right to display all the products (not only main products) and display "all the sub elements". That way, on the main category, you'll have a listing of all the products and variants of the website including their prices. And you can change the pagination to see more of them on the same page.
You could also use the "export" button there to get a CSV of the products and variants data, including their price.

Then, you can change temporarily the "characteristic selection method" setting of the HikaShop configuration to "list" and access the product page on the frontend. You'll have a listing of variants there which should be nicer than what you have in the backend.
