Hi,

We have a store that's set up to be multi-currency. We're trying to set up a table-based report to give some top-level info:

  • The total value of sales last month
  • The total value of sales in 2 cateories
This has all been relatively straight forward, however, the results we get look to be in random currencies:

How should this type of report behave with a multi-currency store? should it convert the values to the main store currency which is £? or does this work some other way?

Thanks

Kevin

Hi,

If you edit the settings of one of the rows, you should have a setting to select the currency to take into account.
I would recommend to select only one currency for each row. That way, you'll get a sum of all the orders in one currency.
If you don't select any currency, or select several, then it will sum the amounts in different currencies together and the currency used for the display will be the one from the first order taken into account, so you don't want to do that if you have several currencies for your orders.

Thanks, Nicolas,

That's what I've ended up doing.

Best
