Hi,
First, you can disable the report via the Orders>Reports menu.
That way, it won't appear as a widget on the dashboard and thus won't crash the dashboard.
Then, you can create a new report and publish it once it's working like you want.
Also, you might want to try to reproduce the issue and provide a screenshot of the settings of the report just before you save it (after you save it, the report edition page will crash as it will also run the report so you won't be able to do a screenshot of the settings once you have the issue with the report.
