Hi,

That's hard to say like that. Even with the backend access I can't say.
It looks like a bug appearing in a specific situation based on how the report is configured.
Are you able to reproduce the issue with a new report ?
If so, could you do a screenshot of the settings just before you save and get the error ?
Also, it would be great if you could do that modification ( www.hikashop.com/support/forum/install-u...ror-1064.html#326783 ) so that the error message would include the MySQL query leading to the error. With the settings and the MySQL query that would help.
Also, if you could provide a FTP access to add debug to the code it would be great.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the same setting, I already change the code to parent::__construct($message.' '.$query, $code, $previous);

Hi,

Thanks. I was able to investigate the issue.
The problem was the data of the report itself which wasn't initialized properly. So the fact that it wasn't displaying was only a byproduct.
I've added some code to add failsafes so that if the report has invalid data, it will still be able to load properly. The patch seems to work fine on your website.
We'll add that for the next version of HikaShop in September.

Hi,

I changed code in several different places so it will be hard to patch manually. It will be easier to just wait for the next release to update.
But you can ignore the error. Just delete the report and recreate a new one and you should not have the problem.
