Hello Support,

The report does not show the correct number of products sold.
There were not 2 tins of 250 ml sold, but more. See the example order where 6 were already purchased.
The naming in the report also does not match the names of the products. "Tin of Olive Oil - 250 ml" is not the correct name when you compare it to the actual product.

Hope you can help me.

Kind regards,
Lumiga

Hi,

The problem is probably different.
The product in the report is probably not the same as the product in the order you're pointing at, especially since the name doesn't match.
Now, it's not possible to provide a precise answer with just this.
We would need to investigate the shop's settings, run some mass actions, etc, to be able to understand what's going on.
So we would need you to provide a backend access to be able to help further.

Hi,

Thanks for the access. From what I can see the issue is that the name of the product was changed during the period of the report and as the name is taken into account to group the orders together, it messed the algorithm.

I've made a patch to better handle this. Now, it outputs one row for each name of the product, with the number of orders corresponding to that particular name, but the total amount is for all of the orders of the product regardless of the name.
