Hi,

I think that you forgot to add the shipping step in your checkout workflow.
In Configuration > Checkout, thanks to check if the shipping step is present in your workflow.

Can you give us a screenshot of your checkout configuration ?

It's there.

Actualy, when customer chois payment method and click "Next" Hikashop wii show same (payment)-page again. Re-click "next" will close order.

Hi,

If you don't see shipping methods on your checkout, it's probably that your products don't have a weight and that you have the option "force shipping regardless of weight" turned off in the checkout tab of the configuration.

Part two with shipping. For now, I have two shipping method.

By post, with payment and digital only.

But even I'm set digital product to 0 g, and set maximum weight to digital shippin g, Hikashop still give BOTH shipping methods to normal packages.

Hi,

1. Can you show me how did you configured your shipping methods and tell me how do you want them to work ?

2. If you don't want you shipping to show if your products don't have weights you should set the "force shipping regardless of weight" option to NO

Problem is: Hikashop show "Digital only"-shipping method (0 mg) always, even product weight is 200 g or 200 kg. (Last one just testing, have not any idea so heavy products. :) I make a heavy test product and testing shipping method with different cost. Shipping with payment is right. (different, if package is heavy.)

BUT it ALLWAYS show also that "digital only"-shipping. If I try buy just a digital product, Hika will show only digital-shipping choice.

In screenshot, setup to that digitally shipping setup

I find a way to Bypass this problem.

If I put that digital shipping maximum weight to 0.01 mg (Or something like that) That shipping method will not show in normal packages.

But Why it's shwo when max weight is 0.0 mg?

A weight restriction of 0 is considered as no restriction. So you indeed have to enter at least a small number if you want that the restriction apply.
