Does not work translating from the language file when order amount is less than the minimum amount (500 грн.) for the process of the order.
Displays the constant: "ORDER_TOTAL_TOO_LOW_FOR_SHIPPING_METHODS"

Did you added a translation for the word "ORDER_TOTAL_TOO_LOW_FOR_SHIPPING_METHODS" through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Language->'Your language file '" like :

ORDER_TOTAL_TOO_LOW_FOR_SHIPPING_METHODS="My translation"

I downloaded the language file from a website and there is this constant.
The problem started after the upgrade to HikaShop 2.2
