Free shipping but money is still calculated

I have two shipping methods: By delivery and collect (€6,75) at the store (free). Whatever i choose, i'd still need to pay additional money (€ 6,75). Both the methods are the manual shipping plugin.

Customers should be able to:
1 - buy a product, pay online and let it ship to the home adres
2 - buy a product, pay online and get it from the store
3 - buy a product, pay at the store and get it from the store

I can't get it right, so maybe there is someone out there who can help me?

Hi,
Regarding your two shipping cost you'll just have to use 2 shipping methods, but can you give me more information about the problem that you are having ?

Ok, so if you don't set any restrictions for your shipping methods, you'll have these 2 shipping methods displayed through your checkout process, and you customer will just have to select if he want a home delivery, or if he want to get it from the store, so what is the problem ?

I just did a test on your website and couldn't reproduce the problem. I placed an order so that you can see.
It's maybe a caching issue.
Please try with a new user account on a different browser.

Just tested like you said and it works like a charm!
Is there any possibility (server side) to avoid caching issues?

Hi,

It depends of which cache you are talking about.
If an external plugin or joomla is making the cache, we can't do anything and we are not compatible with that.

If you talking about an internal cache system in HikaShop, we use special tokens (based on the cart content and the addresses) which are completely invalidated if you modify your shipping method (which will have another "modification time").
So this cache should not generate any kind of problem.
