No Payment or Shipping Methods in Admin?

I updated Hikashop. I have enabled/disabled ALL payment and shipping methods repeated inside Joomla, but "Shipping Methods" and "Payment Methods" in the Administrator interface are empty. There are no plugins listed for those at all?

Just click on "new" to create a new configuration.
