Hello,
I am working with our web designer to install the UPS and Fedex plugins. We filled out all the necessary information, followed the steps on your documentation, and are still getting "No shipping method found" when we try to check out with an item. openSSL and soap are activated on the server.

Can you please try to help us figure out what we are doing wrong?

It means that either the shipping methods are not configured properly, or that your products don't have a weight/dimensions setup.
So first, please check your products. If your products are fine, then it comes from your shipping methods. In that case, please provide a screenshot of the settings of your shipping methods (make sure that you blur the sensitive data).

Hello. I did check all the dimensions/weights of the products and they seem to be all set up (weight - in lbs and dimensions in inches). Still getting "No shipping method found." Here is a screen shot of our FedEx set up:

I can see that you didn't select any international shipping method in your fedex shipping plugin options. Can you check that the address that you're using for your test customer is in the USA ? Otherwise, it won't work.
Besides that, it seems to be configured properly.

I tried to look at your checkout but I can't register and don't have a login so I can't test.
Regarding the error before logging in, it's normal that you get it the way your checkout workflow is configured. You should set the login view on a first step with the rest on a second step, once the user is logged in since your shipping gateways require the destination address to be known in order to calculate the shipping fees.

Okay, I followed your instructions to make login first and the other steps as a second step afterwards. Now you have the opportunity to register as a guest. But when I try checking out, I still get "Shipping method not found" in addition to another error in red. See attached image. ???

That error means that Fedex didn't return the rates because none was available between your store address and the user address.
So there might be an issue with them, or the available shipping methods in your fedex account.
The Fedex support should be able to give you more information on the problem as it's something on their end now.

2. Can you show me how did you configured your shipping method and the product that you're adding to your cart through some screenshots ?

With mine, the FedEx is working just fine for the US shipments, but it shows the "No shipping method found" for the international shipments. All of my FexEx account info is in there, weight dimensions,etc. Does anyone know what is going on here and how I could fix it?

Hi,

Are you using the latest version of Hikashop ?
If not, I would suggest to update and see if that helps.
If yes, can you also provide a screenshot of your customer address, product dimensions&weight settings so that we can reproduce the problem on our end ?
