shipping plugin calculating distance

Is there a "manual shipping plugin" available that calculate the delivery costs depending on the distance between customer and supplier?
Using bing or google maps api.

I think that the solution will be to create different manual shipping method and use the Zone restriction to define the price of your shipping method.
