Coupon & Shipping

I have a few issues I am trying to resolve...

On checkout I would like the shipping ( fixed price + percentage ) to be calculated on the price before coupon
and then the coupon (percentage) to be applied only on product not on the shipping amount.
Can this be done and how, I cant seem to find a simple feature that says shipping calculated before coupon
and coupon only applied to product.

Also

If I wanna offer a promo like: buy one get the second at half price so I do a promo of 25% off with min. quantity 2.
but I have minimum quantities already on the product listings ( when added to cart you need to buy a minimum of 3 for example)
is it not possible for the system to understand that this promo only applies if I add to cart twice (so 2 x (minimum 3) ) ?

1. Note that coupons are applied on orders and not products, you should probably use discount to do that.
2. Also if you I think that using the "Apply discounts " option through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main" will probably help you to apply your coupon just before the order final total.

These answers dont really resolve my problem.

Both discount and coupon are calculated before shipping is calculated.
because shipping is a percentage I would like it to be always calculated on the regular price (not-discounted)
then discount applied on the product only.
Then shipping added

Is that not possible?

As it's said on the documentation :

Percentage : Additionally to the price of the field above, you can also set here a percentage of the total of the order's products. The result amount will be added to the price so that you can have a fix minimum price and a percentage fee on top of it.
