Remove shipping- and paymentmethod link

Hi,

1. Is there a way to remove the hyperlinkfunction for the shippingcosts and paymenttype other then by css?
2. Is there a way to romove the shipping-status and paymenttype-status on checkout in the bottom of the checkout page other than by css.

Hi,

1. Probably by editing the code of the "payment" and "shipping" file of the "checkout" view of your front-end template through the page "Hikashop->Display->Views"
2. You'll just have to remove the "status" action of your checkout workflow through the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"

Hi there,

A popup will require some modification in the cart view of the checkout. You can find it in Display>Views around the shipping method display. But it will require some php and html knowledge to achieve it. You can also simply fulfil the description field of your shipping method so it will be displayed above.

I did fulfill the description and this is visible on checkout. That is not the problem. There is still a link (see attachement previous post) but this link doesn't point anywhere? So what's the use of this link? Can this link be switched off?

Hi,
These "links" will just allow you to choose your payment/shipping methods by clicking on your shipping/payment method name, so if you don't want it, you'll just have to remove the label html tags through the shipping/payment file of the "checkout" view of your front-end template.
