Hi,

Somehow (and I am not sure how) some customers on my French website manage to place an order and receive a German shipping rate (4,95EUR) instead of paying 9,95 EUR (what they should pay).

I have no idea why this happens. My shipping rates are setup correctly. How can someone who registers with a French address be given a German shipping rate? It only happens occasionally and I cannot reproduce the bug. My checkout makes people register + login first, before the shipping options appear.

Can you help at all? Maybe you know where this problem could be coming from but I am stumped! I wonder if it is a cache issue?

Thanks in advance for your brain power on this.

Hello,
1. Can you show me through some screenshots how did you configured your :
- Shipping methods
- Checkout workflow ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout")

2. If that's coming from a cache issue, can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? You'll also have to disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin.

3. Note that we won't be able to totally help you without knowing how your customers had that issue.

Thank you for your reply.

I actually do not think it is a cache issue as I have Joomla cache disabled.
Please find the attachments you requested. My shipping zones are setup correctly.

Ok,
Your issue is probably coming from your "Europe (no DE)" zone, can show me some screenshots of how did you configured it ("Hikashop->System->Zones->'Europe (no DE) zone'") ? So that we can check if you have correctly set all Europe zones through your "Europe (no DE)" sub-zones.

Hi Mohammed,

The 3 screen-shots attached show the entire "Europe - no DE" zone I setup.

Thanks

Hi,
It seems like you correctly configured your "Europe - no DE" zone, can you give me a link to your website so that I can directly test it ?
