Contact us foe shipping and save cart

Hi,
currently I have 2 shipping methods set up, collection only and uk mainland, My client is asking that for customers outside those areas to have another option which is contact us for delivery cost, they then could save their cart and maybe the customer could then enter the shipping cost somehow,

Could you let me know if any or all is possible and how.

Hi,

In the shipping method settings, you can restrict them on a zone, so restrict the two first methods to the desired zone and the last one for the other countries. You can create a new zone with the desired countries via the menu System > Zones.

You can too restrict the payment methods, so this way the customers in the zone can have a normal checkout, and have another payment method for customers out of the zone.
