Shipping not available-products with like config

I have three products all configures identically. with attachment 1 & 2, shipping shows normal even when grouped in one invoice.

The third product (attachment 4) when ordered individually has no shipping available even though it is set the same as the first two, so when grouped together with any other product, it is breaking the shipping

I've also attached my product CSV so you can see if something is wrong here

I'm under the gun to get this resoplved, as its our last big issue to solve before launching for the client, so please HELP!!!!

Here are the screen shots of my shipping methods. The overall scope of how i have this setup is that we have three warehouses with shipping methods attached to the warehouses, and payment methods attached to the shipping methods. The products above are all set to warehouse1-Zink Calls and shipping methods attached to this warehouse are zink-ups and zink-usps.


*****On a side note, I also noticed last night that items that were attached to warehouse 2 shipping methoods were showing in the cart with the payment options for that are attached to warehouse1 shipping methods.*****

We solved this. Apparently we checked the products, but not the characteristics for warehouse assignment. Some variants had warehouses assigned and some did not. I went through and assigned the appropriate warehouses. My question is, are we missing something or shouldn't a variant inherit the warehouse from its parent product if not assigned at the variant level?
