Hi,

I see that you didn't select any shipping service in your UPS shipping method options screen. Also make sure that you fill properly the warehouse area of your shipping method options screen.
It should then work properly.

1. Did you set a valid delivery address through your checkout workflow ?
2. Can you check all your UPS services through the UPS configuration page and try it again, (your issue is maybe coming from the fact that your items are too heavy/big).

My answers:

1. Did you set a valid delivery address through your checkout workflow ?
Yes, for example i used an application to validate my delivery address as smartystreets.com/ , for example 7801 NW 37th St Doral FL 33166-6559

2. Can you check all your UPS services through the UPS configuration page and try it again, (your issue is maybe coming from the fact that your items are too heavy/big).
Yes, can check all my UPS services and all is correct also change my weight, height, width, lenght in different products and not working my shipping method UPS please other solutions :(

Hello,
Your issue is coming from the fact that you are using a "Costa Rica" shipping address, and these UPS services are only available for USA/PUERTO RICO :
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air Saver

The solution will probably be to use some UPS services like : UPS Worldwide Expedited / UPS Saver.

Ok, Note that you should have an error message, at least saying "no shipping method available", that issue is probably coming from your template. So you'll find the solution there :

HikaShop uses the core Joomla messaging system to display messages on your website so if you don't see any message when you don't enter correct information during the checkout process, that's probably because your Joomla template does not contain the tag to display Joomla messages: <jdoc:include type="message" />


So, can you do it and tell me if it display an error message through your checkout process ?

Hi Mohammed, Nicolas, Jerôme,

I have the same problem on the website vtreasures.ch.
I try to activate UPS for swiss and european countries. But without success. I tried effectively to set a weight and a size for the product added.

The tested product is:
vtreasures.ch/fr/categorie/produit/220-o...master-america-s-cup

I tried with a french adress or a swiss one. I also noticed that the European Union is not recognized as a zone for shipping adresses. When I restrict to European Union a Shipping method, nothing appears with French or Swiss adress. Any idea?

And could'nt succeeded in displaying UPS Shipping method. Surely a config error. If you can help me?
